It can be produced easily and can cast any you want and can be pump or pour easily. Combining a series innovative and visionary system, we have come out with a systemize way of casting concrete houses which require non skill labour, is better and most of all very much more economical then whatever current methods as well as cutting construction time. Even projects infrastructures will gain tremendously from this system as roads base, conceal drainage system, fencing, backfills and many others can be pre-cast or cast in-situ as well.

We all know that normal concrete is heavy and the No.1 ingredient usage for construction anywhere in the world today, but not many people knows that concrete's density and compressive strength can be control instead of the normal Grade 15,20,25 or 30. Cement is concretes main bonding agent and others like sand and aggregates are just fillers. In LCM, it is exactly the same, only we use air as another filler, we can control it's density by amount of tiny air pockets we add into the mix via a very stable foaming process. We can control the density of lightweight concrete, again I want to specify here is that not only you can control the density of LCM concrete but also its compressive strength by cement sand combinations and the usage of dust and flyash.

I will be offering you my LCM in a package where you will received a unit of LCM Model 02 ( 80 liter capacity ) and 100 liters of LCM foaming agent ( enough for you to cast a very big castle) for USD 12,000.00 ( Compare to the million I have spend on R & D, please don't tell me LCM licensee and technology transfer and training is expensive ). The package is inclusive of all rights to utilize LCM patented methods and we will provide training and supervision till you are expert in LCM ( 12 months of training and supervision and consultation after one day training on mixing and FG operation).
Training for licensee will be done at your place, further order of LCM foaming agent will be USD 3.50 per liter. ( 1 liters is to be added with 30/40 liters water, a liter of concentrated foaming agent is capable to make 775 to 1000 liter Stable foam and makes between 1 to 4 meter cubes of lightweight concrete depending on density and ratio mix ).
